Homecurry is an online platform for aggregating food vendors/home chefs to provide packaged meals and other food services in India. HomeCurry doesn't manufacture food, nor does it participate directly in the logistic services e.g. delivery of food to customers. For any issues originating related to quality of products or services, the participating vendor will be directly responsible for handling the customer issues. Homecurry will forward all such issues directly to respective vendors and will work towards resolving them in best interests of customers.

This website is operated by Seguro Infotech Pvt Ltd . As a user of this website (referred to as "you/your") you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make ("use/using") is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.

Company collects personally identifiable information that you may voluntarily provide on online forms, which may include: user registration, contact requests, feedbacks, comments, online surveys etc. The personally identifiable information (Personal Information) collected on this Site can include some or all of the following: your name, , company name, address, telephone number, email addresses.

You agree that any registration information you give to Homecurry will always be accurate, correct and up to date. At the time of registration, you will have the option to receive future offers and updates from the Company by checking the appropriate opt-in box. If you choose to opt-in, your Personal Information will be kept in a secured database and We will alert you via email to new features, special offers, updated information and new services. Company doesn't share your information with any third party.

-> to register the user for delivery of the food.
-> to protect the security or integrity of the SIte if required.
-> to send notices ( if consent is provided) of special promotions, offers or solicitations;
-> and in general (if consent is provided), to promote and market Company�s business and various products.

Company doesn't share any of your information with any third party

Order Confirmation

When you submit an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of that order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place at the time of order, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order and we have accepted your notice of cancellation prior to dispatch.

Where we decline to accept your order, for whatever reason, we shall not be under obligation to advise you of that reason.

Payment Terms

We accept payments through credit card/debit card and netbanking through secure Payment Gateway Facility. We also accept cash. Products are subject to availability. Payment is credited in your account and maintained with us until the order is delivered.

The order shall be confirmed only if you have sufficient balance in your User account. If the available balance in your account is less than the final price of order, you will be required to make the additional payment, and only after receiving the payment the order will be processed. The company shall not be liable to deliver the food in case of any failure in completion of the payment process due to network failure, payment gateway server unavailability.

In the event that we are unable to deliver you the order for unforseen reasons, you will not be charged for the meal.

If at any point of time, you want to close your account with us, you can do so by sending a written communication to us at info@homecurry.com; and we'll send you a cheque for the balance amount in your account maintained with us.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order subject to the following qualification: Company reserves the right to revise the product(meal) prices at any time in such cases the revised prices will be applicable from the date mentioned on the website.

All prices include delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Risk

Meals delivered to you is perishable in nature and meant to be consumed within two hours of delivery. Quality of food may deteriotate if kept for a longer time and company shall not be responsible for it.

Limitation of our Liability to you

Seguro Infotech will not be responsible and accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken in reliance on material or information contained in this website.

Seguro Infotech will not be liable, in contract, tort, delict (including without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with your order or your use of this website for any :

Loss of goodwill or reputation; or

Special or indirect or consequential losses.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Seguro Infotech shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused, whether directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Company reserves the right to withdraw its services at any stage. In such case company shall only be liable to refund the bill amounts for the pending orders.

Company constantly strives to provide you quality services through quality food and timely delivery. Company ensures the highest quality standards through stringent quality checks and timely delivery. However in case of unavoidable circumstances:

-> Any issues with the quality of the food should be reported immediately on the receipt of the package. Companies shall only be liable to refund the bill amount in case of issue reporting by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Seguro Infotech reserves the right to transfer, assign, novate or sub-contract the benefit of the whole or part of any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions or any related order for products to any third party.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and the order of the products and any related contract are to governed and construed according to the law of India and we and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

If any provision within these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

No delay or failure by Seguro Infotech to exercise any powers, rights or remedies under these Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver of them nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Seguro Infotech.

These terms and conditions including the communications referred to supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements between you and Seguro Infotech relating to your use of this website (including order of products) and set forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and Seguro Infotech.

Delivery

"Our chosen food vendors are responsible for providing delivery for food products as per their business constraints . The address is pre-validated for the availability of the Delivery services before confirming the order. Seguro Infotech holds the right to decide which areas to serve.
